The free meal is co-sponsored by the Pringle VFD and Black Hills Electric Cooperative. All donations will go to support the Pringle Volunteer Fire Department..

Paul is grateful to have the opportunity to write and play his music in many places, but likes most to sing with his good friends on the radio, at Gatherings, at The Moonshine Gulch Saloon in Rochford, in Hill City and the area that surrounds him.

Boyd Bristow

Boyd is another long-time member of A South Dakota Acoustic Christmas. He is a singer/songwriter and veteran musician who has played with Blueberry Buckle, The Red Willow Band and Vince Two Eagles in Europe. Besides being a star instrumentalist, Boyd is a terrific singer and responsible for the recording and production on may CD recordings with a solo project entitled “Cloudless Sky”.

Kenny Putnam

This energetic well-known fiddler is a two-SD Fiddle Champ, began touring and recording with The Red Willow Band in 1975. He was invited by the Smithsonian institution in 1975 and 1976 to participate in The Festival of American Folk life, demonstrating violin-making and playing

Chet Murray

Chet has been a musical fixture in the Black Hills since 1987, playing with many popular Black Hills music groups with a variety of genres. He studied music at Northern State College studying trumpet and voice. His roots in music go back 40+ years when he started playing rhythm guitar with The Ribbonaires, a group that his dad Chet Murray, Sr. was a member when they lived in Faith, SD.

THE BADGER SETT BAND formed in 2012 to present THE LIFE AND MUSIC OF BADGER CLARK, SOUTH DAKOTA'S FIRST POET LAUREATE. The show honors the life, poetry, and music of Badger Clark who lived in Hot Springs from around 1910-1925 and Custer State Park from 1925-1957. Badger is buried in Hot Springs.

 
 

Ramblin' Rangers

Bonnie Jo and Brad Exton, former park/forest rangers, based out of Hot Springs SD, bring a special insight to their story-telling. Songs that history claims, that awaken the nostalgic need slumbering in our souls.
